Our catering team is made up of our award-winning chefs, supported by a fantastic service team of managers, team leaders and waiting staff. We’re proud to offer incredibly flexible dining options with packages and pricing levels to suit all budgets.
But, above all, we aim to set the benchmark for catering excellence in the live events industry. Our teams of talented chefs are part of Amadeus, the NEC Group’s in-house catering division, who have won more than 625 awards for quality, a clear recognition of the high standards that we constantly strive for.

The ICC is also proud to have become the first conference centre in the UK to gain accreditation from Food for the Brain – an educational charity which promotes the importance of nutrition and mental health and wellbeing.  Our accredited Focus Food menu is now available as one of our conference catering packages.  Find out more about the menu, the importance of Food for the Brain, and how we achieved our accreditation.

 


Keep your delegates’ energy levels up with inspiring food during their breaks. From tea and biscuits, freshly baked Danish pastries to Lincolnshire sausages served on ciabatta bread we are sure we can find something to keep your delegates going strong! We have a delicious selection of working lunch or finger and fork buffet options but if you’re looking for something different our innovative live edible garden, used as a fresh and healthy buffet offers the extra wow factor.

From tea and biscuits, freshly baked Danish pastries or light working lunches we can offer the perfect refreshments to suit any size meeting and budget. Take advantage of our deli lunch which uses only the freshest ingredients with optional seasonal and organic extras available throughout the year.

Whether it’s a gala dinner, an awards ceremony or another celebration, we can offer spectacular banquets with fantastic menus and theming for your guests.

Hot or cold, sweet or sour, meat, fish or vegetarian, we have lots of exciting dishes to tantalise the taste buds. Some of our favourites include fresh and smoked salmon with pea’s panna cotta salad, lime cured shallots and  tempura seaweed crumble, caramelised loin of pork studded with garlic, ginger & pork popcorn and dark Belgian chocolate tart with strawberry with pink peppercorn ice cream.

We can also bring a restaurant experience to a banqueting environment. Your diners have the ability to choose their food from a menu selected by you. We are able to offer restaurant style dining for up to 850 guests, taking the order at the table and enabling your guests to enjoy maximum choice.

Congratulations on your engagement. Our team can offer spectacular wedding breakfasts, evening refreshments and and theming for your guests. We use fresh and locally sourced produce with creative menu planning to ensure your wedding catering is exactly what you want and fits your budget. Our menus cover all tastes and cultures and we also work in partnership with specialist Asian caterers to deliver authentic Indian cuisine.
