From the offset, you’ll have your own dedicated Event Manager to help you plan your event with military precision and keep your costs in check. Our Production Managers are always on hand to support you and any external partners you’re working with, whether that’s setting up presentations on screen or testing out the sound for that all-important brand film you plan on showing. Then there’s our Catering Managers, who’ll provide your delegates with daringly inventive dishes that will keep them going throughout the day. Below you’ll see the various services that can be provided either in-house or through our wonderful recommended suppliers.

PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
It’s one thing to put on an event, quite another to put on a show. With our complete range of audio-visual equipment, sound systems and lighting we’ll help you do both in style. The technology in every hall can be configured to your exact requirements, while our Technical Managers are always on hand to ensure every presentation delivers.
It’s our job to make you look your absolute best on the day. Graphics plays an integral role in that. We’ll ensure your brand looks the part in print, comes alive on screen and complements your event communications. Our graphics team are also based on site, which means even last-minute requests still result in first-class visuals.
Having hosted countless high-security events including The G8 Summit, we understand the importance of safety at your event. Our heavy-duty security is never heavy-handed and we’re always happy to provide guidance on any safety concerns you may have. We can also offer additional services including scanners for delegates and hand wands.
ON SITE BRANDING
It’s estimated as many as 100,000 people pass through the ICC’s Mall every week. As such, it’s a perfect location to get your brand or product seen by the masses without having to spend masses. From advertising spaces and hanging banners to our dynamic media wall, we’ll ensure your brand makes a real mark in Birmingham.
We understand in today’s always on world, connectivity on the go is essential. You’ll find our superfast internet connections and IT networks are more than up to speed, plus free Wi-Fi is available in all our halls, rooms and foyer areas. Laptops, printers and ISDN circuits are also available if required, as are analogue lines for phone, PDQ and faxing.
