We have every part of the day covered. From an arrival snack to a stunning 5 course banquet that will leave you and your delegates talking about the food when the event is over. Our Executive Head Chef Simon has developed a tantalizing menu that fits into the buzzing food scene in Birmingham. You will work with your dedicated Catering Manager to create a menu that suits your event, theme and budget.
Our chefs work very closely with our suppliers to ensure we are providing the best produce possible. We work with clients to ensure their menus are seasonal so we can make the most of great British suppliers- keep an eye out in our menus for some of our featured suppliers.
And for a little something different? With all these great Chefs behind the scenes we like to bring them out into limelight once in a while. We offer a Theatre service where our Chefs finish off their dish in front of your guests. This is a great experience for your guests and a chance for them to meet the Chefs behind their meal.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – and should not be forgotten when planning the food at your event. Many delegates travel great distances to attend events at the ICC and they deserve an arrival treat. Filled Pretzel rolls, pastries from our Patisserie Chef, Full English breakfast on a skewer or a full plated English breakfast – you will have plenty of choice.
Lunchtime break is well deserved after the morning of an event – and our Chefs have created a menu that offers your guests something different to really look forward to. Great food served to the masses – if you want a buffet we have plenty of choice. Why not ask about our street food menu or our Urban Buffet.to get everybody going. You can also choose a Deli bistro where delegates can choose from the deli for themselves.
The pride and joy of our Executive Head Chef Simon Hellier – the ICC signature menu for banquet dinners. A menu mouth-watering enough that it wouldn’t look out of place at a Michelin star restaurant – a standard that Simon keeps on all dishes. Given his training amongst some of Birmingham’s most famous Chefs that will come as no surprise! The beetroot cured salmon to start with a main course of Quince glazed Dingley Dell pork belly and a Granny Smith temptation for dessert prepared by our patisserie chef will top off the perfect evening!
