At the ICC, we work with our strategic partners in Birmingham to provide visitors to the city with everything required for a successful and enjoyable visit to our city. Our strategic partners include: 

Marketing Birmingham – Marketing Birmingham is the city’s strategic marketing partnership and the driving force behind its growing reputation as a place to visit, meet and invest. It operates the city’s leisure and business tourism programmes; Visit and Meet Birmingham as well as inward investment programme Business Birmingham. Marketing Birmingham is a public private partnership backed by some 400 commercial members and champions whose purpose is simply to encourage people to visit one of Europe’s great cities.

Broad St BID - The Broad Street Business Improvement District (BID) works to create a more attractive, better marketed, brighter, safer and cleaner business environment. The BID also represents and champions local businesses on issues of common concern.

Brindleyplace - Situated just across the canal right next to the ICC, Brindleyplace is an award-winning estate that includes plenty to see and do from bars, restaurants and cafés to art galleries, a theatre and the Sea Life Centre.

Hyatt Regency Birmingham - a modern, luxury hotel in the centre of Birmingham, the Hyatt is one of the few hotels in Birmingham that combines a central location for business and leisure with a full complement of amenities, as well as a bridge link directly into the ICC.

THSH Birmingham - Town Hall and Symphony Hall are two iconic Birmingham landmarks each programming an exciting mix of classical, jazz, world, folk, rock, pop and comedy events designed to appeal to people of all ages and backgrounds.  Symphony Hall is recognised as one of the world’s finest concert halls, while the Grade 1 listed Town Hall dates to 1834 and re-opened in 2007 as a state-of-art multi-purpose venue.  The two halls are managed by Performances Birmingham Limited and programme around 600 concerts and events a year.

Retail Birmingham - a company set up by the city's retailers to promote and enhance the shopping, living and leisure experience in Birmingham City Centre.
