The Mall
One of the ICC’s most popular features is The Mall, which not only connects our halls and meeting rooms, but also links Birmingham's Brindleyplace and Convention Quarter to the rest of the city centre. While open to the public, the Mall will never interfere with your event and can even be temporarily closed and used as a further event space if required.

As coffee lovers ourselves, we were delighted to welcome a premium Starbucks to the Mall. You’ll find comfy sofas and seating galore, making it ideal for informal meetings before and after your event.

At Castle Fine Art’s stylish and welcoming gallery, you’ll find exciting originals and limited editions from a huge range of artists, from Bob Dylan, Johnny Depp and Billy Connolly to Disney Vintage and Marvel. We also have artwork from many other hugely talented artists and our gallery curators are happy to help unite you with the art which will look wonderful in your home or workplace. We have an exhibition of rare original Walt Disney animation art running until January 3, 2024, and we look forward to seeing you there to show you our wonderful art.

With its pin sharp acoustics and stunning auditorium, Symphony Hall is considered one of the finest concert halls in the world. And it’s not just award-winning comedians and world-renowned rock, pop and classical artists that grace the famous stage, as the venue is regularly used for graduation ceremonies and conferences. While located within the Mall, Symphony Hall is managed through the Town Hall Symphony Hall charitable trust.

With some events offering exclusive merchandise to buy, the last thing you can afford is an empty wallet. Fortunately you’ll find a free to use cashpoint just off the Mall.
Toilets are available on both level 2 (next to Castle Fine Arts) and level 3 (next to Starbucks). If you require baby-changing facilities, head to the toilets on level 2.
Unisex, wheelchair accessible toilets are available on both level 2 and 3 of the Mall. Please note, these facilities require radar keys, which can be obtained from the security mall officer.
