Let's meet... Hannah Newton, Senior Account Manager


Here at the ICC we have a team of account managers who work closely with clients to plan and deliver events which give our delegates a memorable experience.

Our team are experienced and proven at what they do, and today we chat to Hannah Newton, Senior Account Manager for corporate clients.

How long have you worked with the ICC team?

I’ve worked at the ICC for nearly 4 years, and I specialise in Corporate Sales and Account Management at the ICC Birmingham.

What brought you into the events industry?

I began my career working for a large corporate organising their external events before moving over to venue side, I really love how creative and friendly the industry is.

How do you start the day?


What do you enjoy most about your role?

The variety it brings, no day is ever the same, there are constant challenges which push you out of your comfort zone and for me, this all adds to the excitement.

What is challenging about your role?

The industry can be very demanding, its fast paced and there can be a lot of pressure to hit targets but this is what I enjoy the most!

Looking ahead to the next year, what are you excited about?

Seeing our venue busy hosting events again and welcoming back our amazing clients both old and new : )
