One of our most valued relationships is with Birmingham-based Pandora Events. Their client Tropic Skincare has hosted their flagship events for over 10 years. This partnership is a testament to the strength of our Easy as 123 approach – one team, two locations, three venues – giving Tropic the freedom to grow, adapt, and reimagine their events without ever losing the quality and consistency they’ve come to expect.

Our partnership with Pandora Events is built on the strength of one consistent team supporting them from contracting through to delivery.

This continuity has been invaluable in delivering Tropic Skincare’s events over the past decade, allowing for seamless communication, a deep understanding of the brand, and consistently high standards year after year.

Tropic hosts two major events with us each year, rotating between locations to suit the nature of each occasion:

• Annual Leaders training & dinner – A more intimate celebration for around 750 delegates, held at the ICC in the heart of Birmingham. Its city centre location offers unbeatable convenience, with hotels, transport links, and amenities all within walking distance – perfect for delegates looking to combine the event with an easy overnight stay or explore the city.
• The Glammies – A creative showcase product launch and recognition for 4,000-5000 attendees, most recently hosted at bp pulse LIVE, but also previously staged in the NEC halls. Situated in the heart of the country and next to Birmingham Airport and major rail and road networks, the NEC campus offers unrivalled connectivity, making it easy for delegates to travel from across the UK and beyond.

This combination of venues means Tropic can always select the right setting for their event’s scale, audience, and accessibility needs.

The conventions team’s ability to operate seamlessly across three unique venues – the ICC, the Vox, and our spaces within the NEC campus – gives Pandora Events and by extension, Tropic Skincare, the freedom to evolve and reimagine their events over time.
