All you'll need to know for the greatest FAM trip

We hope you loved your invitation and are now feeling part of the circus. We can't wait to welcome you to Circus Extravaganza on Thursday 20th October. Check out the helpful information below and the fun-filled itinerary so you know what's in-store. We look forward to seeing you at NEC Birmingham, Piazza Suite 1 at 12:00.

Getting here by train

On-site train station: Birmingham International. Once leaving the station, follow signs for the NEC which will bring you into the Piazza. Once down the escalators, turn right. Look out for Circus Extravaganza signs on your left!

Post code: B40 1NT. Head to Gate 1 where our friendly staff will direct you to our car park that is a super close walking distance to the meeting point. Fill in the form below by Tuesday 18th October to register your car.

12:00 - Believe in bigger at the NEC

The FAM trip begins at NEC Birmingham, Piazza Suite 1 at 12:00. Enjoy a tasty lunch and be in with the chance of winning some brilliant prizes. Followed by exploring the UK's largest blank canvas - where anything and everything is possible.

15:15 Be amazed by ICC Birmingham

We'll travel to the ICC using the NEC's unrivalled transport connectivity. It only takes 10 minutes from Birmingham International train station to Birmingham New Street. You'll then explore ICC Birmingham, a world-class conference venue in the heart of the city centre.

16:15 Time to get ready for the evening entertainment

Check-in to the newly refurbished Jurys Inn, a fabulous hotel for events in the city centre. Dress code: Smart casual - please wear comfy shoes as we'll be showcasing the city as we go between each evening activity.

17:30 Enjoy a taste of Brummie cuisine

Experience a journey in flavour at Birmingham’s award-winning Indian restaurant, Asha’s. Please ensure you pre-order and state your dietary requirements by Friday 14th October.

20:00 - It's showtime!

Be astonished by the most lavish circus spectacular ever staged: Cirque Du Soleil Corteo at Utilita Arena, another fantastic venue that is part of the NEC Group. Please note: The Utilita Arena has a strict bag policy. All bags are searched prior to entry and need to meet the following criteria: - No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm) - Maximum of 2 compartments - Rucksacks are not permitted. Dress code: Smart casual - the evening entertainment is all in walking distance so we'd love to show you more of Birmingham as we walk from dinner to the show.

10:30 Stand spellbound with amazement at the Vox Conference Venue

After a relaxing overnight stay, we'll head back to the NEC Campus where you be wowed by the Vox Conference Venue. You'll enjoy a light brunch served by our award-winning caters Amadeus before you depart.
