Whether you are planning your first visit to The ICC – or indeed Birmingham – or have been here before, we can help you to find all the information that you need to make the most out of your trip.
The ICC Birmingham is located in the heart of the City Centre and is incredibly easy to get to. Once you’re here, there will be plenty of help available to get you to exactly where you need to be. Why not take a look at our venue plan to find out exactly where you need to head, or if you’re short of time, simply visit our Business Centre or ask our Mall Concierge.
Inside The ICC
If you find yourself with some spare time, The Mall includes a cafe, a shop, an art gallery and a restaurant, as well as seating with free Wi-Fi access for delegates.
Outside the venue
There is a whole city to explore on your doorstep, where you could start with the attractions of Brindleyplace, the city centre Cultural or Shopping hotspots or the nightlife of Broad Street. You could say that you’re spoilt for choice!
