Whatever type of event you are organising, our event teams will create a solution to match your needs.

We will work closely with you and your partners from the point of enquiry to provide the right production, IT or event management services together with the ultimate in event catering. From your very first contact with the ICC, we aim to ensure that the process of planning an event with us is seamless, simple and successful.

Whether your enquiry begins with an email or phone call, our team of experienced Account Managers will make booking an event easy. They will listen to your requirements and transfer these into a bespoke space and package proposal.

If it’s a simple Daily Delegate Rate (DDR) you’re after, we can do that too. We have a range of DDRs depending on the size and scale of your event. Simply contact us and we’ll take it from there. Should you wish to come and see the halls, meeting rooms and reception areas on offer, your Account Manager will be more than happy to arrange a site tour. We can also consult and advise on the creative, technical and production options available to you.

Once an event booking has been made, you’ll be introduced to your Event Manager (or team of Event Managers if you are holding a larger event) via a planning meeting and this is when your logistical, technical, catering and other needs will start to take shape. A series of planning meetings and subsequent contact with your event team will reassure you that everything is on track for your event. Our team of dedicated event experts is here to ensure that every aspect of your event is thought through and taken care of. We realise that all of our clients’ needs differ and rather than impose our procedures, your Event Management team will create a bespoke offering for you.

Your Event Manager will then plan an event schedule based upon all your requirements. As your one point of contact for everything, your Event Manager can arrange additional services and facilities and work closely with our in-house departments – such as catering, stewarding and technical - to ensure that all aspects of your event needs are taken care of.
