Over the last twenty years, The ICC Birmingham team has gained vast experience in venue operations and management. We formed our Consultancy team as a platform to offer advisory services and share our knowledge of industry best practice with other cities and venues.
We have provided Consultancy services on:

We offer a service with a difference; because our Consultants are seconded from within our business, there is never any question that they are at the cutting edge of their industry and have the optimum knowledge and understanding of current market trends.
The CCD
The ICC team’s most extensive Consultancy project to date has been the provision of management services for The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD). Positioned in Spencer Dock on the banks of the River Liffey, Ireland’s new world-class, purpose-built international conference and event venue opened in September 2010.
The ICC team have heavily involved in the project for over 10 years, from the initial planning stages, through build, the pre-opening phase and now the day-to-day operation and management of the convention centre.
